Caleb Hatch is a native of Westfield, Indiana and has lived in Fort Wayne since 2017. He loves to talk Hoosier state sports with everything from high school, college and the pros. Catch him on the weekends at IndyCar events or sampling Fort Wayne restaurants with his friends and family.

Justin is a native of Fort Wayne and a graduate of North Side High School with a college degree from Purdue University. He spent over 15 years in the journalism industry with stops at various newspapers in Indiana, including The News-Sentinel. He is currently the director of football operations at Optimum Performance Sports, in addition to co-hosting Caleb and Kenny in the Morning and the New Track Record Podcast at 1380 The Fan. He also is the co-creator of OutsidetheHuddle.net and serves as a radio analyst for Purdue Fort Wayne men's basketball. He resides in northeast Indiana with his wife Wendy, sons Noah and Morris and a dog. The family also has a cat that Justin tolerates...barely.

Brett Rump has been a life-long resident of northeast Indiana and has been involved in playing, coaching and broadcasting local sports since the 1970’s.
He played basketball and baseball at Concordia Lutheran High School and was a starter on the Cadets 1981 Sectional Championship basketball team.
On the diamond, he was the Cadets’ ace and led the SAC in ERA while holding the school record with 14 doubles in a season. He played collegiately at Valparaiso University. He’s been the voice of high school sports on 1380 the Fan since 2011 and host of the Sports Rush since 2016. He also is the voice of Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons basketball since 2014 and regularly contributes to Tin Caps broadcasts. He has also been productive outside of sports with four children and two step-children.
His “day job” is working as a marketing/advertising account executive for 1380 the Fan/Federated Media right here in Fort Wayne, a job he’s held for 13 years.
